I can’t recommend Kylie and her fabulous business Property Revamped highly enough. We used the talented Kylie to style and stage our investment property in Chippendale. It was a 14 year old two bedroom apartment that needed some serious jazzing up! It started as a boring shell (once we removed the messy tenants) and Kylie transformed into a stylish inner city pad. She bought life back to the property and most importantly it quickly attracted the attention of buyers.
We had tried to sell the apartment with the tenants in place but the highest offer we received was $670,000. After Property Revamped finished, which only took two days, it sold within two weeks for $735,000 – an increase of $65,000. This is an extremely good return on our investment with Property Revamped.
